Check-In/Payment Procedures

Please let us know what time you will be arriving.

Your payment is due by MasterCard, VISA, Discover, or by cash upon your arrival. Checks are not accepted. The reservation is being held on the credit card given. Room rates are based on single/double occupancy. Note: Only the King Suite and Queen Suite accommodate 2 extra people; maximum of 4 guests. There is an additional nightly charge for these guests in these rooms, and the innkeeper must be notified of additional guests.

RATE: Your nightly rate is quoted in the email that you will receive with this policy. The City of Avalon’s 12% Occupancy Tax is added to the room total for your total room charge.

CHECK IN Time: 2:00 pm

CHECK OUT Time: 11:00 am (Late check-out may result in additional charges.) -- Luggage may be left in the living room before check-in and after check-out. --

 

Two (2) Week Cancellation Policy
please read carefully

There will be no charges for cancellation of your reservation outside of two (2) weeks prior to your arrival date. If you cancel within 2 weeks, and prior to 24 hours of your arrival, there will be a 50% charge. If you cancel within 24 hours of your arrival date, you will be charged the full amount. This cancellation policy was explained when your reservation was made. Proof of your cancellation will be a CANCELLATION email from us showing the date on which you made the cancellation.

The Old Turner Inn is not responsible for the failure or cancellation of any mode of transportation to Catalina Island, providing an alternate form of transportation is in operation. Cancellation of your reservation as a result thereof is subject to the cancellation policies set forth above.

IMPORTANT: When booking multiple rooms, additional conditions apply and deposits are required.

ANIMALS/PETS - Animals/Pets are not allowed on the premises. Arrangements for certified service animals must be made in advance. You must advise us if the animal is required because of a disability. Also, you must identify what work or task the animal has been trained to perform for you. We strictly comply with 28 CFR Sec. 36.302(c)(2), and as such, may ask you to remove your service animal if the animal is out of control. If you arrive with a service animal, without notifying us in advance when you made your reservation, and without receiving an email from us stating that we have been notified that you will be bringing a service animal, your reservation is subject to cancellation.
